Joist spacing?? Should be 16". Depends on what you call standard load. Single 2x6, 16"OC are fine for attic floor with minimal storage, not for living space. Doubling up the 2x6 do increase the load capacity.

What type of room is this floor under?

What type of flooring material will be installed?

What is the on center spacing, as Bill asked?
