Default finishing exterior

Hey everyone, I am currently starting up a project that I left off on last fall due to the weather. I am setting a pre-fab house on a daylight foundation. I used ICFs for the foundation and plan to continue covering the rest of the house with 2 inch foam. Once I am finished I plan to use a stucco or drivet type finish on the house.

I am looking to gather some ideas on what would be the best way to finish out around my windows that are currently on the house. Would it be best to reset them to the outside of the insulation or could I leave them where the are, just fur them out and have a two inch "shelf" around them? I thought this shelf might work considering the type of finish I am planning to use.

Thanks

By the way, great site!
