Two part question A)In my bathroom where two sheets of drywall meet, 1 sheet is higher off the stud than the other (only top half), i removed some screws and moved them but it doesn't draw the drywall in, How can i plaster without being able to notice it, had a contractor in to do all three bathrooms for $14,000.00 and looks like crap and B)i am going to remove the tub surround because of the cement letting go, what is better , tiles or tub surround?

on drywall, it would be nice to see a picture, you may have a twisted 2x4 making one side stick out, if its a framing issue the right way to fix it would be to remove the drywall and fix the stud, you may be able to float out the joint but you should put a straight edge to the wall to see how far its out, I think its more a framing problem with the 2x4 at the joint, hard to really say without seeing it.
