Default Drawer slide hardware help - where can I find replacements for these?

These drawer slides (in the picture below) are worn out, on some the wheels are completely gone, looking for some exact replacement ones as the generic ones sold in home improvement stores won't work because there is not even a 1/4" gap around the drawer opening as well as no supports for them

any suggestions on where to look would be greatly appreciated, ever place that sells cabinetry hardware I have looked at has never had this style

Same mount style in front and on drawer. Slighty different in rear but should mount to the stiffener you already have.
