double interior doors/ gap


i installed double interior doors and there is a small gap when i shut the doors

double interior doors/ gap


"some" gap is needed for the doors to open/close.
If the gap bothers you, add an astragal ...

... only problem with an astragal is that the doors need to be closed "in sequence".

The gap between the doors should match the gap around the perimeter. If you back beveled both doors where they meet, the gap would be as small as you can get it without hindering the doors operation.
