The long metal bar the width of the desk should have little finger tabs to keep it from pulling loose. You should be able to lift it up and then pull it straight out so the tabs clear the slots? If you had the shelf there and had weight on it, it might take a couple gentle wacks on the bottom of the bar to loosen it. Depending on how tight it is, you may have to do both sides at the same time. You may also have to take that top shelf off temporarily to be able to move the side supports enough to free the middle support you are trying to move or remove.

Thanks but its too tight and there is not way to loose it. Do you know whether this is an Ikea desk?

Hate to say it but it looks much too well built to be IKEA. It looks to be a nice sturdy unit.

If it is to tight and may be you have to take the desk portion off the supports too. Eventually the side will be loose enough you can get the cross member out of there.
