Crown molding on kitchen cabinets

Remember not to just space the center cabinet forward an arbitrary 3". Buy your hood or microwave, and actually measure to the exact point where you want that appliance to hit the bottom of the installed cabinet.

It shouldn't be that hard to space out the center cabinet. I have a similar design for our side-bar section of cabinets. Our cabinet designer told me in advance that I would need to account for this. They sent the center section cabinets without side panels. So I just built out a frame to get the spacing right and cut the side trim panels to match. You would never guess it was spaced away from the wall if I did not tell you.

Yea.... There's no working outside today in our area!!

I still have to finish off my crown moudling on my kitchen. I just have so many other stuff to work on, it just seems like an easy think to procrastinate.
