I got it!
I just use this website

Plug in the angle of my crown, and use their angles. Most of my triangles require acute angles less than 50*
These angles require cuts of 55* or so on my saw, and it only goes up to 47~48
I simply made a block cut at precisely 10* and adjust the angle on the saw accordingly. E.g. if my angle is 55* I put the block down and set the saw to 45* and slice!
Whoever said "Those long cuts pull the crown" is right! Especially with my fingers so close to the saw these are dangerous cuts.
