Not sure what you would like to do?

is this clothes closet? a walk-in maybe? do you want to extend existing shelves (add)? what is there now?

Make a triangular wood corner shelf unit?

thanks for the reply. It is a walk in closet that is basically square. I was trying to make the corners, both, shelving for folded clothes. So I guess it would be a triangular shape in the end.

Cut the shelves from plywood, MDF, or a 3/4" thick wood material of your choosing. Then mount 1x3's horizontally to each wall (try to hit studs or use drywall anchors) from the corner to support the shelf.

Or for a less permanent and more adjustable installation, there are many metal standards and brackets available at home centers. They simply screw to the wall. You'd need one at each corner of the triangle, more if the shelf is huge.
