Cleaning Wood Vent Hood...

Not sure if this is the right spot....

I have a 2 year old cherry stained vent hood above my range. Over this time, there is a greesy film that has built up on it. What can I use to clean the greese off, but not affect the finish?

Cleaning Wood Vent Hood...

Depends on the finish type, but most will tolerate household cleaners. Simple Green should be OK. Don't use TSP.
