Clamping Board w/ sawhorse

I am using powertool version of shears to cut 1/2 hardi-backerboard. I need to clamp the backerboard to sawhorses or similar to get a good cut. Any tips? or any special clamps?

My sawhorses are those plastic ones that fold; like these. The sawhorses bend when I clamp to them.

Thanks in advance!

Clamping Board w/ sawhorse

Screw a sheet of plywood to the sawhorses, then clamp the Hardi to the plywood.
