Check this Wood Floor, is this regular wood screwed to the floor?

I saw this picture from someone selling the furniture. I was puzzled by the hardwood this person has. It seems to me like regular wood and not the processed hardwood we are used to. Has anyone tried, or done this? Would you recomend it?. This looks like a unexpensive alternative to overpriced hardwood.

I don't know how to add pictures but I added the link from craigslist.

That's wide plank flooring, typically of pine and typically made from recycled barn boards. It is screwed and plugged. If you think it might be cheap, price some and it will knock your socks off.

What mdshunk said.... OR...

It could just be pine boards from HomeCheapo. Soft and not ideal. Also you have gaps without doing some prep (jointing edges and making t&g). I wouldn't do it.
