ceiling is not level


we are redoing one of our bedrooms an the ceiling is not level what is the best way to make it level so we can hang up the drywall.

Well first you need to find out why is it not level.

Then you could do a number of things.

Is it sagging or angled or what? A photo would help get the best answer.

Or do you mean the joists are uneven ( not level with each other).
