Casing ideas for window

I have a 9’ x 4’ picture window in the center of our formal area, with just a simple marble sill and nothing else. I’ve been looking around for ideas on how to give it some kick with casing/molding, but can’t seem to find any stock material that I can use effectively other than the basic fluted wood available from the likes of HD. Anyone have any suggestions (or even better, pictures) on how to use stock items to create an interesting look? Has to be stock, as I don’t have router facilities to give flat pieces a turned edge, for example. Note for the picture – the ugly old blinds are coming out!

Also, any suggestions on how to remove the marble sills without smashing them up - I may have a use for them elsewhere in the house?

there are smaller moldings which bigbox stores which are designed to be combined with other moldings to make a more ornate detail. chair rail, small crown, backbands will all work for such a thing
