i dont get why the cabinet company doesnt warrenty pocket hole screws.. they are extremely strong, more so than just brad nails.. case in point a hand ful of the high end custom cabinet companys here use the kreg jig all the time, where as the mass production cabinet companys just use brads..the pocket hole ones are extrmely strong,
heres a kitchen that were curretnly wrapping up on that the cabinet company used pocket hole screws on and theres no movement in anything.. all the boxes are built with plywood, the doors are painted maple
I am so lucky I found this thread! We just received our cabinets from theratstore.com and they are the same model, just different color, and I have been going crazy to try to figure out how I am going to put them together. Nobody around me has that senco fastener, and I have spent the last couple days scouring the internet trying to find the solution, I was thinking about the jeg tool, I see it on TV all the time, but have been hesitant. This just sealed the deal, picking up the jig tool tomorrow and getting started.
