Does anyone know if there is Black or gloss black wood putty? I have black prefinished crown moulding and need to know the best way to fill the nail holes. Thanks

Black wood putty

I don't know of any black wood putty but it sounds like black silicone caulking would be the best bet.

Try it in an inconspicuous spot first. Put a little dab on your finger and put in the hole then wipe off excess with a wet rag. Try to keep the smearing down to a minimum.
