Beam suggestions

I have a large deck that I want to put a roof over part of it. Southern exposure in Georgia is too hot. The area would be 16 feet along the house and outer portion of the deck. The beams would run from the house to the edge of the deck. That span is 20 feet and this is the question. What size beam wood or lam will be required to span 20 feet and support a roof structure. I would like to use cedar as roof trusses and cedar tongue and groove 1 inch thick for the roof deck. There isn't a tremendous load but I want it solid. The house has a 12/12 pitch roof but I'll make this deck roof 4/12 to 6/12 pitch.
Questions:
What size lam beams and where to get them in Atlanta area?
Anybody know of somebody making cedar trusses? I can make but buying easier.

The size depends on local code. Check the yellow pages for lumber-retail. Go to the service desk, not check-out. I generally find them very helpful, It's there job to be familiar with these things. Most shingles require at least 4/12 at least here in central IL. I would go with 6/12 if you have the clearance for head room.
