Bathroom Tile Work

I am in the stage of purchasing tiles for my bathroom renovation. I was planning on tiling the ceiling over the shower/tub area, but I never did put hardibacker board on the ceiling, just on the walls that surround the tub. I only have green board on the ceiling, so this may not be possible, but I rather hear it from you pros. What type of tile thinset will hold the tiles up in the ceiling, if it can be done? Will the premixed stuff work for the ceilings? I have used it before on walls, but would never use it on floors. Never done a ceiling before. Thanks,

Maybe this will offer some help:

(If there is a problem with the link...you can just go to the tiledoctor website and look for the info.)

Have you been over to http://johnbridge.com/vbulletin/foru...p?s=&forumid=1 the john bridge forum? Great place to get tiling information.
