Baseboards

We are installing baseboards in a bedroom. Do you wrap baseboards on the returns in the closet if you are installing closet doors?

You don't install the molding on the door jambs.
I don't know what you're calling, "returns".

Baseboards

you want to take the baseboard to the 2*4 that makes up the interior of the opening box with a bi fold type door.

I have seen it where they wrap the corner in front and the corner into the actual closet with a notch in the swing area.

Baseboards

The base should be installed after the doors are hung and trimmed out, allowing the base to butt into the side of the door casings. If the interior casing fits tight to the side wall, as is sometimes the case inside a closet, then just run the base into the face of the casing.
Not clear on what you are referring to as "returns" either.
