baseboard nailing


I use an 18ga nailer with 2" to 2-1/2" nails

tcleve and willie got all the rest of your info

I believe those are 8d and 10d, but I'll defer to Ron on that!
Just a word of caution: make sure you hit the studs and don't use too LONG a nail. I once missed the stud and shot a 2 1'2" nail thru a water pipe. The velocity of the nail sealed itself to the pipe but slowly eroded after time, causing a leak which cost thousands of $$$ of damage. Check to see where your pipes are first
