The door will open a little past 90 as installed, which is fine in this case. But, I didn't think ahead quite far enough and consider the trim. It would have worked if I hadn't cut down the cabinet base. But, If I was good enough to account for all those variables I would not have to post here and ask for help.

It is a bank of 4 and way too much trouble to remove and add the spacer.
So, I am asking if there is some sort of trim option. Like returning the trim to the wall well before the cabinet, then trimming several inches off the bottom of the next piece and running it to the kick. Probably look goofy, and it is right across from the door to the room where it will be seen as soon as you walk into the room.
jiju1943, that is worth a try. I was thinking everything linear but a curve might be better.
I will mock up a few options and see what looks best.
