Applying laminate to waterfall edge on a counter top.
 

I purchased preformed counter top with the attached backsplash and a waterfall edge. I also purchased a 48 x 96 piece of the same laminate to custom build a breakfast bar. Anyone have any ideas of how to apply the laminate to the waterfall edge? I was told by someone that you need to heat the laminate with a heat gun???

Waterfall edges are almost impossible to do outside the factory environment. Experiment with a scrap piece to see what I mean.

You're better off purchasing another post-form section for your breakfast bar, or doing a standard edge with the laminate material you purchased.
