Netscape takes over my send out page mail
I hope I can explain this ? First I can't find Netscape on my programs list anywhere! to delete it.
This is what is happening to me I'm on the internet and I see a web page and want to send this to someone I go up to ( file click it ) scroll down to send then over to ( Page by email click it ) ok NOW netscape's email box pops up I type in the address sending to and hit send " My normal email is " Outlook express " An error box pops up stateing " Unable to open temperary file c:/ document and settings owner/ local settings/ temperary internet files/ content .IE5/ YBW5514z/ ( name of page here) Temperary director settings. Does anyone understand this and can help solve this problem ? I called HP and they will tell me what to do for $ 60.00 I thought I would try here first. perhaps someone may know an answer. Thanks Deck hand |

Netscape takes over my send out page mail
When I have problems like this that I can't explain the first thing I do is wipe out my temporary internet files and clear the cache.
95% of the time that works.

What OS?
On Vista, go to Start then Default Programs then Program Access and Computer Defaults. You should be able to set it in there for what email program you want. |
