Can't delete e mails


I have three emails two from the same company.
I tried to delete either one and all I get is an hour glass?
then it starts bouncing around the screen. I was able open one and send a un subscribe . but we don't know where they came from in the first place
The other is from a sisterin-law I can't open hers or delete it Same as above
Deck hand
Just these three ? I can open and delete others no problem

Which email client or account you are using?

I have comcast internet service and using Outlook express 6 for email
