Simple RF Remote Options
Thought you guys might be able to help, having trouble wading thru all of the products to get a simple solution.
My elderly Dad would like to watch a baseball game out on the deck and smoke a nice cigar. He has a small HD TV that's not hooked up to anything right now he wants to carry nack and forth to the great outdoors. He has power and can run some cable out there if needed.
Right now he has a TV just on the inside hooked up to a Comcast box.
What would be the best option to control that box from the deck? Most of the universal RF remotes are pricey, and have too many options, just want a simple way, with as few cables as he can to watch the TV on the deck and then carry it back in.
