Need advice on wall tvs

So I got this 32" vizio that I use to pretty much do everything pc/xbox360/ps3 and ps2. What I want to do is hang this tv on the wall corner.
Here is the tv:

And this is where I want to tv to be on this wall corner:


So I went to vizio site and found out what kind of wall mount I would need. But here is the thing how is this wall mount going to be attached on to the wall? Do I have to find out if there is wood behind that corner of the wall? I do have to get a good support to hold up the lcd.

Just use a single arm mount. You can hit the first stud from the corner and position the TV near the corner.

That's very similar (if not the same) to the mount I used to put a 32" Vizio up in a corner at my parents' house. Also check eBay prices - sometimes you can grab a really good deal on mounts, though monoprice is reasonable also.
