Computer Upgrade

It's my wife, "Mama Bear" who wants to know all this stuff so she can ask the questions.
Hi! I have seen some computers in offices that have a rolla-dex of pictures that change every few seconds of their family members.
We have a ton of family pictures, 40 plus years that just sit in a box never to be seen again & I would like to find out if there might be program or what ever that could set something like this up. Would you know anything about this? Thanks.

Surely! Many programs do this. Google--> freeware wallpaper changer <---and find one that suits your needs. Or try some shareware if freeware does not do what you desire. Then start scanning those photos! Your scanner CD will provide a scanning program, but you might want to use something better. I scan in PaintShopPro so I can manipulate colors, sizes, etc.

Thanks for the info.I'll check that out just as soon as I get those Crucial sticks. They should be here by Friday. The wife can figure out the picture family thing. Thanks again.

Glad that worked out. I have to say I've never had a faulty Crucial module, and I've used a lot of them. Not saying it can't happen but I think their QC is better than a lot of the other companies out there.

I removed 512 & put in 2GB. Much quicker.
