Poulan Pro

Hey Guys

I recently bought a new POULAN PRO garden tractor. It's the model PP22V48

This weekend while cutting the grass at the cottage, when I lifted the mower deck using the handle, I noticed the deck would raise on the left side, but, the right stayed at ground level

After a quick look it appeared to me that the right hand side torque rod was missing, but, when I got home and looked in the manual the exploded view only showed one torque rod?

Anyone know if there should be 1 or 2? Any idea what could cause the mower to lift on one side and not the other???

All input would be appreciated, Thanks!
