Does anyone have experience or know anything about these? I know they are for residential use, but seems like a good deal if it runs well.

How big a lawn do you have?

its for a townhome complex I mow once a week. The entire property is around 20,000 sq. ft or roughly 1/2 acre.

there is a dealer within 20 minutes of where I live. Just thought I'd be able to get a cheaper ztr....I'll keep looking

Dixon makes a solid mower. They're kind of a middle-of-the-road product, like a lot of others.

If you're looking for maneuverability, a ztr is definitely nice. In my experience, the only downside is that don't handle slopes well.
