B&S pressure washer won't idle
I have a 7 hp gas engine on a Troy pressure washer. It had been sitting for a long time, and so I cleaned the carb and replaced the float valve and rubber seat. The engine runs well, but "wanders" when not on demand and idling. There are two tubes that sit in the bottom of the bowl. One is used to supply gas to the carb when it is running, and the other one I suspect is for the idle. The larger tube has an opening in the venturi of the carb. I can't figure out where the opening is for the tube I suspect is for the idle.
Any ideas would help.
Since posting I DID A LITTLE RESEARCH AND FOUND THAT THE TUBES i refer to are actually jets. My question now is, is the smaller jet for the idle and maybe it is still clogged?
