What to use for filling gaps between cement surfaces?

Hi all,

I need to fill some 30 year old gaps which are between some cement/concrete surfaces. Attached to this post is a picture. Water gets in to the gaps and makes it's way in to the crawlspace which increases moisture in the crawlspace.
Is there a certain type of filler to use? Would be great if the filler came in colors so i could try to make an attempt to match the original colors. Thanks for any tips.

That slab and the stoop are going to move differantly so hydrolic cement is not going to work, it's just going to crack.
Foam backing rod and this http://www2.dupont.com/Caulk/en_US/p..._w_kevlar.html
Will fill the crack, but at some point it to is going to fail.
If that slab has sunk it's nothing but a funnel now feeding water to the crack, needs to be redone or jacked.

Far more likly your dealing with an unsealed crawl space, or there's cracks in the foundation.

You'll never seal that permanently, tear it out and replace it.
