What happened to resurfacing ? ? ?

can't be material / method as the nearby s/w resurfacing locations look ok ( pic 3 ) sidewalk a & b is the only repair of 8 that sucks,,, all i can think of is sprinklers @ the townhomes - anyone got a different idea ? absent some 3,000# mountain lion or wildcat scratching his nails ? thanks in adv, guys

Looks like they tried to broom off the concrete when it was too far into setting.

we put it in - this is qk resurfacer/top 'n' bond,,, this is the only patch that looks like it - that's why i thought sprinklers

no, it was broomed correctly - even by hand, not w/brush & pole,,, guess my sprinkler theory's holding water we've got a bushing tool for 1 of the bosch guns,,, looks like we'll redo the work

Kind of looks like some covering (Poly) to protect the surface was placed directly on top of wet concrete.

nope, these were just sidewalk replacement & resurfacing spots - no poly at all,,, as i posted, this was the only 1 out of 8 that failed,,, that's why i thought either sprinklers or the 3,000# wildcat
