just joined the forum, got a question about my crawl space. when my house was built the foundation was not sealed with anything inside or out now i have water issues . I have a drain pipe from the low corner leading to the ditch but it still stays wet , mostly water around standing around the edge of the walls can i put a waterproofing sealer on the block under the house to stop this. thanks for your help

Lots of companies lay claim to fame if we'll use their product for interior sealing but in general a person would have greater success attempting to put tooth paste back in the tube.

Unless there is a plumbing leak or high ground water table, most often the culprit is poor drainage of rain water from the structure.

A few things that help when asking for suggestions here is to go back and add where you live in your profile.
And most often it's best to post some pictures.
In you cause I'd like to see a picture of the outside of the house to see the lay of the land.

Most waterproofing should needs to be done on the outside, not the inside.

Working gutters with down spouts that lead away from the foundation.
No mulch piled up againt the foundation.
No flower beds forming ponds for water to pool up.
Grade sloping away from the foundation.
Sealing the outside of the foundation.
A french drain in some cases.
A sump pump in the low area under the house.
May have to raise the grade under the house if it's lower then the outside grade.
A 6 mil. vaper barrier on the ground under the house.
