Wash out under house slab

Rain water from our elderly neighbor's poorly positioned gutter downspouts have washed out the soil beneath her foundation corner. The washout is about 3' wide x 3' long x 1' deep. Must have been going on for years. Aside from changing the down spouts location I know the soil must be replaced. Other than that is there anything else that should be done?

Wash out under house slab

Thanks friend. Neighbor lady didn't even notice it! I found the washout while looking at our new fence from her yard!

The driveway. At our request the LS contractor stopped tring to strip the H&C off. He compensated us by moving to the front yard and working. The H&C is off sparatically around the entire drive. I got two bids for removal and simple sealing $$$$. Did discover a common gel stripper from Ace Hardware that works great (DW is sloped). I'm going to use it on the sidewalk portion to get that portion cleared. As for the rest, it may have to wait for awhile. Good thing the H&C color fainted so much.

Thanks
