underground natural spring under concrete slab foundation

I wasnt sure which section to post this bit hopefully someone on here may have run into this before.
I have cut out a large section of concrete slab in a house and dug down to the main drain pipe to see if I could find a leak. It's nice and muddy down there and its definately accumulating water.
Here's what I've done so far:
Poured blue dye down drains throughout the house. No blue is showing in my hole after 2 days of dumping dye down drains.
I've marked the water meter to see if it could be leaking from supply pipe. The water meter has not moved
I think there is an underground spring under this concrete foundation house.
Does anyone know how I would go about diverting the water out from under this house?

Weeping tile system . very expensive.
trenched all around the outside of home, With several running under the home as well, then out of the property to a ditch somewhere, a lot of work involved.

Or a sump pump system .
