I was having trouble posting this earlier -

I want to build a 3 x 2 x 1.5 feet high concrete water holding tank around the
sump pit.
- What kind of concrete mix should I use
- I don't how to water proof it so that water can stay in it for a few hours

without leaking (during flash floods)
- should i reinforce the concrete with fiber or chicken mesh
- How much thickness should the concrete be
- Any other advise ?

Tks
