Is this stucco guy doing a good job?
 
People,

Take a look at this picture- looks like the 1st coat (scratch coat) should be thicker, right? Shouldnt the hex mesh at least be covered completely on the 1st coat? I heard 1st coat shohttp://i1202.photobucket.com/albums/...stuccowall.jpguld be 3/4" or thicker. Is that correct?

OK, update- early today, they came back and added another coat. Now, hex mesh is entirely covered/not visible. Is it OK to have a base coat with 2 coats??

The mesh often is visible on the first coat (scratch coat), the second (brown coat) covers it completely and evens out the surface for the finish coat.
