when pouring concrete into the foundation that is 19 " wide with 9.5" trough in center ( the building sits in the trough then is grouted in after angle brackets are bolted down to anchor bolts ) with 5" on out side and 4.5 on the in side. can the concrete be pored with out some kind of special application guide trough to direct the flow of concrete.

A picture plus a carefully drawn, scaled diagram of the forms would help understand this immensely. By the way, it is a steel building, unless you plan on heisting it.

You'll likely need to use NS grout (at least that's what we've needed to use in the past for steel building anchorments on occasion) which can be mixed to a "pourable" liquid state and is self-leveling. If you have an inch or so around the column plate, there shouldn't be much issue at all.

I hope the pic (I put in the original post) will explain better than me. the owner of the cement co. showed up this morning and liked the pouring shoot that I built so I got my answer. but if any one is still interested I can add a pic to show the shoot I built. Thanks for the interest in my request and God Bless to all and to all a good night.crazy cousin out.
