Smoothing dried Concrete

i recentlly poured a patio and alot of rocks in the concrete had came to the top and now it is dry what can i do to make it smoother

I bought this thing called a "rub brick" which i used to "grind" the landing I built for my stairs. Ideally I wouldn't have had to, but it was my first time working w/ concrete so It didn't come out perfect. It's not like sanding a door - there are certain things you just can't fix, but the rub brick does smooth it out a little.

diamond grinder & turbo cup wheel (rent), heavy duty pressure wshr 3,500psi, 4gpm, acid etch, overlay w/polymer modified material,,, next time finish the conc properly & you won't have this problem nothing suitable avail @ apron/vest stores

if you hear it from a guy in the apron store, be VERY suspicious the mtl/method will work,,, when it time to build something together, they won't answer phones NOR help
