shower pan


what do i use to pour a shower pan? I have the vinyl liner in place. can i use versabond flex for the slope pan?

Mix 5 parts Portland Cement with 1 part General Purpose sand.

Add water to get a "clumpy mix" and pack.

shower pan


4 to 5 parts sand to 1 part portland cement. Mix to the consistency of wet beach sand. When you can make a sand ball, its wet enough. If it looks anything like normal wet concrete or thinset or whatever, it is WAY too wet.
