sealing a concrete koe pond

I have recently taken my plastic liner out of my koe pond and made it concrete. I have purchased cleaner, primer, and a rubber coating, everything I was told to do, I have filled it up three times and it is still leaking (entirely), so I assume it is leaking where the sides and the bottom meet. When I pored the concrete I did the sides first, took the forms off and then did the sides.Sounds like they did not coagulate very well. I have used this coating to seal it but it is about $165.00 a gallon, and I have used 4 gallons. I really do not want to purchase anymore if it is not going to work. Can I use marine paint and how long would it take before It is safe for my koe?

Picture would sure help---did you coat the entire surface? Did you use alkali resistant mesh at the seams?

Let us know what the exact product is that you used---

What product did you use to WP the interior?

Do you have any penetrations through the concrete below the waterline (ie. Bottom Drains, Skimmer entrance?
