removing 2 foundation concrete blocks

I need to remove 2 concrete blocks so i can add 2 crawl space vents 14 feet apart. Not knowing much about concrete blocks i can only tell you there are 8 blocks laying in the crawl space that must have been extras and they each have 2 hollow spaces in them so i'll assume that is where you would put concrete . These blocks are maybe 16󭅌.
Question is how do i remove these blocks. I'll assume chisel around the mortar and tap with a hand sledgehammer.

Dynamite works great! Just use a little bit. No. You are correct. You can break them out with a hammer and cold chisel. Or if you have access to an AR15 rifle or larger 2 bullets will do the trick

Go with the hammer. If you need it you can rent a rotary hammer and you can drill out the block and then breaking it will be cake
