remove weeping tile when installing new patio?

I'm putting in a new concreate patio (16x20) an buttinup aganist the foundation. I have a weeping tile in place apox 8-10 below grade and not slope well there at least two high spot in a 10 foot run.. the patio will have 6" of crush rock and 4" of concreate. Should I remove the weeping tile? my thoughts are I should as it will drain water into the pad area and next to the foundation. I plan on putting the "tar" coded fiber board between the patio and foundation for expation joint. Thanks in advance for yiour help
