PSI and MIX of concrete for Patio

I 'd like to know what is the best mix, and PSI strength for a patio(load bearing for a large above ground spa). I live on a bay in Florida and the soil is sandy and we get alot of seawater spill over the seawall.

3500psi is more than enough. Most people do a pea gravel mix, either exposed, or stamped for patios. If it were mine, I wouldn't do either, just flat and gray (maybe colored, with borders or something else cool), just because its easier on bare feet than exposed aggregate.
