Power Tool to remove caulk from brick

Two layers of silicone caulk seals the garage frame sides to the house brick. I used 3M Caulk Remover but left it on too long so the hot sun baked it dry. Working in 100 degree temps so something other than a hand scraper is perferred.

Would a wire brush wheel powered by my drill help me quickly take the caulk off the brick?

Other suggestions please. Thanks!

I tried that and it didnt work too good. The wire brush got all gummed up.

I ended up using a heat gun moderately and several scrapers and pointed toolls.

Could you please provide a link to such a blade (@home depot if possible). I have no clue about such a blade.

I think he might be talking about a worn out one----however, all the machines come with a smooth scraper blade----but I would just use the wood blade---

See if you have a harbor freight store near by---the machine they sell is dirt cheap and well built---and replacement blades cost much less the all of the other brands--

A simple inexpensive tool will serve you well for your needs.
