Plaster removal from Concrete Floor

We are finishing our basement and the walls have been skim coated with vaneer plaster.
We have plaster splatter all over the concrete floor which we plan to stain.
We have scrubbed the floor with water and a stiff brush, but the plaster is not going anywhere. The floor is not sealed.

Is there any stripper or process to get the plaster off the floor? We even tried to etching/cleaner solution, but the plaster still remains?

Any ideas??

Clean off as much as you can with a razor scraper, then soak the rest with undiluted white vinegar poured on some kind of cloth, cover it all with plastic taped at the edges,to keep it wet, this will take several days to work, keep checking and scraping along with more vinegar and retaping, tedious i know but the only way i know of,especially as you want to stain.

Muriatec acid will work faster but is kind of dangerous to use,and you need a lot of ventilation.
