How do I install 1/2 in pavers on a patio that is concrete

A 1/2" unit is really not a conventional paver, but more of an adhered veneer. I am sure the manufacturer/supplier will have some information on the proper installation method, which will probably require something to adhere it to the concrete and not have weathering/adhering problems in some climates.
