Outdoor Concrete Countertop Formulaes

Hi, Does anyone have any experience using Fu Tung Cheng or Butterfield concrete formulaes for countertops? Pros and cons?

I am building an outdoor BBQ kitchen island out of cinderblocks and would like to get your thoughts on building the concrete countertop. See attached image.
