Loose Brick Veneer

We are selling our house and the inspector found that one of the brick Veneer walls on the front of the Garage was loose. Its about a 4 foot tall but 3 foot wide section. It still looks and feels secure on the bottom, but can be moved out about 1/2 of a inch on the top. I really don't want to spend 500 bucks or so to get it secured or replaced. Is there any way to tighten that up to the wall of the garage?

All the brick peices look good and can take the sheet rock off the inside wall behind it if that info helps at all.

Thanks.

Loose Brick Veneer

Here is the best one I have for now. I will have to get a closeup of it tomorrow. You would never know there was anything wrong with it unless you pulled on it and I never really had a reason to pull on it.

It the Pic, its the left side Veneer.

Remove the sheetrock, screw wall ties to the mortar joint with tapcons and then nail them to the studs. You only need a couple.
