Looking for ideas: Restaining concrete floor
Objective: make floor color darker and real glossy, comfortable for a living space. I'm thinking of some sort of a "Tuscany" feel. The wall colors will change.
This shop was built in 2008. Concrete appears dyed or painted. Unsure if it's sealed or not.
If this was your shop, turning it into a living space, what would you do to the floor? For example, acid stain or water based dye? I'm open to any ideas in general.
Behr makes some really nice elastomeric paint for concrete. You might want to patch the cracks first or ever use an elastomeric caulk since the patch wont last forever.
